Refund Policy

Please note that returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted under the following conditions.
Please note that we cannot accept changes to product contents after the shipping date.

1) Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience (exchanges due to ordering errors, returns due to purchase cancellations, etc.)
・Deadline: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product . ・Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. (In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.)
*When issuing a refund, any fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that we may not be able to accept your request for a refund method.

2) Returns and exchanges due to store negligence (misdelivery)
・Deadline: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
・Shipping costs: Our company will cover the cost (including the cost of shipping a replacement item)

3) Products that cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled : Food and beverage products; Used products

*Please note that if you return an item without contacting us to request a return, exchange, or cancellation, or if you decline to receive the item, we may charge you the full amount of the product price and shipping costs (including the cost of returning the item from our sales office to our store).

Please note that we may refuse future sales or other transactions to customers who repeatedly violate etiquette, such as canceling orders without permission or making complaints that are not our fault.
